The collision occurred around 6:35 p.m. in the area of Route 106 just north of Staniels Road.

When responders arrived they found two vehicles, a Toyota 4 Runner driven by Stacey Sergeant, 52; and a Mazda 3 driven by Philip Sparacio, 36, had been involved in a head-on crash.
