ROCHESTER - An East Rochester man was arrested for drunken driving on Christmas night after his car went off the road and into the snow on a Route 16 onramp on Milton Road.

Police got a call for a car off the road around 7:45 p.m., but found the car empty when they arrived. A K-9 search of the area resulted in locating two adult males and a juvenile male walking along Milton Road.

Police said after a short investigation they arrested Justin Holsapple, 36, of 32B Grove St. for aggravated DWI. He was also charged with conduct after an accident and endangering the welfare of a child.

Holsapple was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail pending an arraignment next month in Rochester District Court.

There were no injuries resulting from the accident. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
