Downtown parking ban begins tonight at 8 p.m.

ROCHESTER - A downtown parking ban is in effect from Thursday at 11 p.m. till 7 a.m. on Friday.

No vehicles without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in municipal parking lots during this time.
