DOVER - A Dover transient has been indicted in the fentanyl overdose death of a Rochester man last March.
Joshua Brazeau, 30, faces up to life in prison on a charge of acts prohibited-death resulting in connection with the death of Daniel Greene, 51, in that he "knowingly dispensed a quanity of fentanyl to Greene," who subsequently died on March 5 after ingesting the drug, according to court documents.
Greene, who grew up in Sanbornville, graduated from Spaulding High School and worked as a roofer, leaves behind a wife and four sons.
The December grand jury indictments were handed down on Dec. 15 and released on Wednesday.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been presented to move forward to trial.
