Cynthia Fern Rourke ... enjoyed doing variety of arts

Barrington - Cynthia Fern Rourke, 68, of Barrington, died peacefully on Aug. 25, 2021 surrounded by her family.

Born April 17, 1953, in Lynn, Mass., to the late George and Elizabeth McLean.

She graduated from Lynn English High School Class of 1971 before moving to New Hampshire to raise her three children.

Cindy was quick witted with a great sense of humor. She enjoyed doing a variety of arts and loved helping to raise her grandson, Brian.

She especially enjoyed the time she spent with her beloved dog Moosie.

Cynthia is survived by her three children Laurie Rourke of Portsmouth, Michael Rourke of Barrington, Erica Rourke of Barrington, and grandson Brian Rourke of Barrington; sisters Mary Ann McCabe of Andover, Mass., Hazel Marshall and husband Steve of North Hampton, and brother-in-law Ed Murray of Rochester, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by husband Michael Rourke and sister Diane Murray.
