Coronavirus claims another 11 elderly Granite Staters

CONCORD - Tuesday marked one of the grimmest days of the pandemic in New Hampshire with 11 deaths of elderly Granite Staters attributed to COVID-19. Ten of the victims were from Hillsborough County, one was from Rockingham County.

DHHS officials also reported 65 new positive cases including six under the age of 18 for a total of 4,749 thus far in the state. Newly hospitalized cases totaled six.

Local current cases include Rochester at 17, Dover at 12, and Somersworth, Farmington, Milton, Barrington and Strafford at 1-4.
