ROCHESTER - Clyde "Tiger" M. Jones, 91, died on Saturday December 11, 2021 at Frisbie Memorial Hospital following a period of failing health.

Born August 30, 1930 in Gardner, Maine, he was the son of Clyde and Florence (Forrester) Jones.

Mr. Jones served in the Air Force during the Korean War. He had worked for 40 years for the Journal Tribune, and Rochester Currier, and he and his wife were Foster Parents for 25 years to many children.

Tiger was an avid sports fan watching the Red Sox, Patriots, NASCAR, and tennis.

Members of his family include his children Lorinne Hartigan of Rochester; and Lena Jones of Dover; his grandson Brandon Hartigan, and great grandson Kalib Hartigan, and his brother Norman Jones of Rochester; as well as nephews and cousins.

He was predeceased by his wife Angelina (Laurion) Jones, and his son Mark Jones.
