ROCHESTER - The Winter Festival, which was postponed due to snow last weekend, has been rescheduled for Feb. 21. from 1=3 p.m.
The free, family-friendly event will be held at the Rochester Common and includes music, hot cocoa, s'mores, a touch-a-truck, and ice skating.
Attendees are encouraged to bring food donations for the Raider Station Food Pantry at Spaulding High School.

The event is sponsored by Rochester Rec, the Rochester Police Department, Rochester Main Street, the Commons Church and Guyer Travel.
