ROCHESTER - A Rochester man has been arrested in a shaken baby incident that occurred on Friday.
Police got involved around 7:55 a.m. upon getting a call for service regarding a family dispute where it was reported a father had shaken his baby and then left the residence, according to a police release today.
The baby was later treated at a hospital, and is not seriously injured, police say.

Boyd was held on preventative detention pending an arraignment in Rochester District Court. He remains held there on no bail, according to jail personnel. His next appearance in court is on Jan. 6.
Each Class A misdemeanor charge could result in jail time of up to a year apiece.
