ROCHESTER - Chester E. Gray, 84, died Sunday, January 18, 2015, at his home after a period of failing health.

Chester was born in Farmington, on October 11, 1930, the son of Samuel and Mildred (Marshall) Gray and had been living in Rochester for the past sixty years, moving from Farmington. He was a member of the K of C, loved woodcarving, fishing, camping and spending time with family.

Surviving members of the family include: his wife, Frances (Eldridge) Gray, one daughter, Robin Whitehouse and her husband Jeffery of Rochester, N.H., three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
