ROCHESTER - The Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday to celebrate the upcoming Grand Opening of Monique Boudreau Photography, LLC, located in the Chamber building at 18 South Main Street, Rochester.
