Belknap jail escapee sought; $2.5G reward offered for arrest

LACONIA - The U.S. Marshals Service is looking for the public's help in locating an escaped fugitive who bolted Belknap County Jail Monday night.

Information leading to the arrest of Peter John Dibiaso could net someone up to a $2,500 reward.

Dibiaso was being held at the Belknap County Jail on pretrial status on charges of being an armed career criminal, criminal threatening with a deadly weapon, stalking and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Dibiaso, 57, is about 5'08" and 180 pounds with blue eyes, blonde hair and tattoos on his right hand, left forearm, chest, back, left ankle and left shoulder.
