CONCORD - a Barrington woman was the victim of a wrong-way driver crash on Interstate 93 in Concord on Thursday
State Police got involved around noon when they were dispatched for reports of a wrong-way driver who had entered I-93 in Concord in a silver Hyundai sedan and was traveling northbound on the southbound offramp at Exit 13.
