ROCHESTER - A Barrington man was arrested in a shoplifting incident at the North Main Street Hannaford in Rochester on Tuesday.
Philip Jones 49, of Stroud Lane in Barrington, was charged with willful concealment and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending arraignment next month in Rochester District Court.
