NASHUA - A Nashua man killed on Friday died of gunshot wounds to the abdomen and head, an autopsy has determined.

Joseph Bisson, 57, suffered the wounds at 56 Amherst St. in Nashua

The autopsy conducted by Deputy Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Mitchell Weinberg on Saturday found that Bisson's death was a homicide.

At this point in the investigation, investigators believe they have identified the involved parties and there is no threat to the general public stemming from this incident, police say. The Nashua Police Department is actively investigating all of the circumstances leading up to this incident and the sequence of events.

Anyone with information about the incident, including the recent whereabouts and activities of Bisson in the hours prior to his death, is asked to call the Nashua Police Department at (603) 589-1665.
