ROCHESTER - Dennis G. Downs, 67, died on Thursday, March 26, 2025, at Portsmouth Regional Hospital following a period of declining health.
Dennis was born March 12, 1958, in Rochester, to the late Bernard Downs and Marion (Foster) Stewart.
Dennis is survived by Katrina McGarry, who was like a daughter to him; and his four siblings, Irene Gagnon; Sharon Tripp; Robert Downs, and Michael Stewart; along with many nieces and nephews.
