MANCHESTER - An arrest has been made in the Monday stabbing death of an adult male in Manchester.
The victim, who was found in the area of Barry Avenue and Spruce Street, has been identified as Yan Leek, 35, of Londonderry. An autopsy was conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, who determined that the cause of Leek's death was a stab wound to the chest, and the manner of death was homicide, defined as having been killed by another.
Mark Delisle, 32, has been charged with one count of second-degree murder for knowingly stabbing Leek, according to a Wednesday release from the Attorney Generals Office. It is anticipated that he will be arraigned at the 9th Circuit Court in Manchester today.
The investigation into Leek's death is ongoing.
