CONCORD - The Attorney General Office announced on Tuesday that the arraignment of a mother arrested in the disappearance of her son is now scheduled for 11 a.m. today and will be livestreamed on WMUR.

Danielle Denise Dauphinais, 35, and a man she was traveling with, Joseph Stapf, 30 were arrested in New York City on Sunday.

Stapf' arraignment has not yet been scheduled.

Meanwhile, a Merrimack lake has been the location of an exhaustive search as safety officials search for the boy.

Investigators also noted on Tuesday they now believe Elijah was last seen at his Merrimack home sometime within the last 30 days instead of the six months timeframe they originally reported.

Senior Assistant Attorney General Benjamin Agati has expressed concern that the search may result in an unfortunate outcome, but remained hopeful that Elijah would be found safe and sound.

Officers of the New York City Transit Authority located and arrested Dauphinais and Stapf in the Bronx on warrants charging them with Witness Tampering and Child Endangerment.

An amber alert was first sounded for Lewis on Thursday night. Police continue to seek the assistance of the public in finding Lewis.

Anyone with information on Elijah's whereabouts, or anyone who knows Danielle Dauphinais or Joseph Stapf's whereabouts or the location of their truck is asked to contact the Merrimack Police Department's Crimeline at (603) 424-2424 or New Hampshire State Police Communications at (603) 223-4381 or 603-MCU-TIPS (603-628-8477). Lead Investigator Detective Sergeant Kelly Healey, Major Crime Unit, can be contacted directly at Kelly.A.Healey@dos.nh.gov.
