CONCORD - A third COVID-19 case has been identified at the Barrington Elementary School, bringing to three the number of infections reported since Monday. Other regional schools impacted thus far include Coe-Brown Academy in Northwood with one identified on Sunday, and 24 still on quarantine at UNH, where 60 are now listed as recovered.

Barrington Elementary School went on remote learning on Monday and is expected to return to class next Monday. School personnel were not immediately available to clarify if this newest case will impact students' return date to in-person learning.

Officials have not released whether those infected are students or staff due to confidentiality concerns.

Meanwhile on Wednesday DHHS announced 33 new positive test results for COVID-19, including four under 18 and six from Strafford County, whose numbers are chiefly driven by the UNH cases in Durham.

One new hospitalized case was identified for a current total of total of eight.

No new deaths were reported.
