ROCHESTER - Annabelle Hudacek, 91, died Sunday May 23, 2021 at Birch Healthcare. She was born in Hillsborough N.D., Mar. 30, 1930 the daughter of John and Alma (Hoerber) Benting.
She had been employed at NH Lens Co. in Hudson, a company that manufactured optical lenses for glasses. They opened the new plant branch from down south in Florida. She was active in the Community Church on 19 Central Street Hudson. She retired in 1992.
Annabelle loved her friends and family, moving to East Rochester to be close to her family in 1992.
She was active in volunteer work with the Homemakers of Rochester & Day Out Program; Rochester Seniors Wellness; NH Ageless Heroes of Community Involvement.
She was an active member of Bethany Methodist Church in East Rochester; including their Prayer Group, Thrift Shop, Community Dinner gatherings and Annual Yard Sales to help the community.
Annabelle loved to do crosswords; play Bingo; read books, the Bible; and do adult coloring.
Survivors include Daughters; Terry and husband Robert Merrill Sr. of Farmington; Suzanne Spreng of Ocala FL. Grandchildren Rhonda Parker of Hampton Beach, NH; Robert Merrill Jr. of Acton, ME, Keith and wife Marie Merrill of Merrimack; Stephen Gould and Jeffrey Spreng of North Fla. Great grandchildren: Brittnay and Todd Neubet of Greenville; Courtney Parker of Nashua; Brooke Parker of Merrimack and Alyssa Merrill of Lee. Great-great grandchildren Parker Neubet of Greenville, and Bronson Fauteux of Nashua.
