ROCHESTER - A woman was injured in a crash today just north of the Rochester Toll Plaza when her VW Passat collided with a tractor trailer.

State Police at Troop A Barracks said the crash occurred at miler marker 21.8 northbound shortly before 10 a.m.

The crash forced the temporary closure of one northbound lane of traffic, according to Northeast Fire Alerts.

The female driver of the VW was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries, according to safety officials.

No other information on the crash was immediately available.
