Winter storm parking ban begins today at 3 p.m.

ROCHESTER - A winter storm parking ban is in effect today from 3 p.m. through Monday at 7 a.m.

No vehicle without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in city parking lots during this time.

Parking Exemption Permits may be obtained from the Rochester Police Department
