ROCHESTER - Two alleged shoplifters were arrested on Tuesday at the city Walmart.
Bianca Neary, 20 of 293 Boston Road in Lynn, Mass., was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of willful concealment and was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending her arraignment next month in Rochester District Court.
Earlier in the day Kenneth Bodge, 23, of 30 Wildflower Way in East Rochester was charged with a similar offense. Bodge also was released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending an arraignment next month.
