TOWN OF LEBANON

INVITATION TO BID

HEAVY EQUIPMENT DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL OF STRUCTURE

The Town of Lebanon is accepting bid proposals for construction work to fulfill the requirements set forth in a recent "Court Order of Demolition and Removal" of a large barn. The prospective Bidder (s) will be required to complete and post the following:

1. Provide a current and valid certificate of liability insurance to the Town of Lebanon, Maine.
2. Complete a written contract outlining the terms and conditions of work required (attached).
3. Complete any and all construction work in a timely manner by the date listed in the contract.
4. Provide for and implement any and all safeguards during construction as outlined in the 2009 Edition of the IBC construction codes.
5. Bid Packages are available upon request at the Lebanon Town Hall.

Bids must be received by Monday, March 30, 2015 at 5:00 pm. The bid will be awarded Monday, March 30 at 6:00 pm. The Town of Lebanon reserves the right to refuse any or all bids.

An onsite inspection of the proposed project is scheduled for March 23 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
