Three Rochester residents charged with drug possession, trafficking

CONCORD - Three Rochester residents were arrested on Tuesday on drug possession and trafficking charges.

The arrests came as a result of a joint monthlong investigation by Rochester Police and the Attorney Generals Drug Task Force.

Bobbie Segura, 43, Michael Wolf, 26, Cayla England, 25, were all booked and released on personal recognizance bail.

Seguar was arrested on eight counts of sale of a controlled drug and one count of conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled drug.

Wolf was charged with one count of sale of a controlled drug, one count of conspiracy to commit the sale of a controlled drug, and one count of receiving stolen property, a firearm.

England was charged with one count of possession. She was already out on bail for a prior charge of drug possession with the intent to distribute out of Rockingham County when she was arrested.

All three were given court dates scheduled for later this month in Strafford County Superior Court.

The New Hampshire State Police Troop A also assisted in the investigation.
