Three nabbed in shoplifting incidents at Walmart
Staff Reports ROCHESTER - Shoplifters were out in force at the Rochester Walmart on Tuesday leading to three arrests on two separate occasions by Rochester Police. All three suspects are from out of town. Mitchell Collins, 18, of Garneau Road in Bethlehem, N.H.; Ronald Tocci, 18, of Emerson Road in Medfield, Mass.; and Elizabeth Tierney, 27, of Bakers Hill Road in Northwood, N.H., were all charged with misdemeanor willful concealment, bailed on personal recognizance and given a court date in August for their arraignment.
