ROCHESTER - A 20-year-old Rochester man faces charges of driving without a license and reckless driving after the car he was in rolled over Tuesday night on the Pickering Road.

Responding officers said Patrick Leblanc was headed south around 9:30 p.m. in the area of 402 Pickering Road in a 2014 Toyota Corolla when the vehicle crossed the center line, left the roadway and rolled over.
