ROCHESTER - A Rochester transient who eluded police and a K9 track twice last month wasn't as lucky on Friday.
Bryce J. Greene, 23, drew a police response for a disturbance in the area of the Dunkin Donuts on Gonic Road on April 5.
Officers located Greene, who had an active warrant, but he took off running. Officers set up a perimeter and began a K9 track and located him, but he took off running again and get away.
Then on Friday an alert officer driving by the Riviera Motel noticed Greene outside and began to approach him to make an arrest on the two active warrants, but he took off running again, according to Rochester Police Capt. Todd Pinkham.
This time he didn't get away, however, as the officer was able to catch up with Greene and take him into custody.
He was charged with an additional count of resisting arrest.
Greene was taken to Strafford County Jail and was arraigned at Rochester District Court on Monday.
He remains at Strafford County Jail on no bail, jail personnel confirmed today.
