ROCHESTER - City police are looking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in a recent return fraud incident at the Rochester Walmart.
Tipsters who think they can identify the subject are urged to call the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128 and reference case # 15-5214-OF.
