Suspect in elderly Manchester man's stabbing death arrested in Boston

Stephanie Beard (Police mugshot)

CONCORD - The woman sought in the stabbing death of an elderly Manchester man was arrested in Boston on Saturday.
Stephanie Beard, 34, was charged with being a fugitive from justice and will be arraigned on Monday in the Boston Municipal Court, South Boston Division.
An autopsy performed on Saturday revealed that John Glennon, 71, died of multiple sharp force injuries, injuries that police say were to the head area.
Dr. Mitchell Weinberg also determined that the manner of death was homicide.
Glennon's body was found inside his Franklin Street home on Friday. Police believe his death occurred in the early morning hours.
Beard is charged in New Hampshire with second-degree murder in Glenn's death and theft by unauthorized taking in the theft of his car.

No time has been set for Monday's arraignment in Boston. It is not clear when Beard will be extradited to New Hampshire.
