CONCORD - DHHS announced 872 new positive test results for COVID-19 on Thursday, including 90 minors and 59 from Strafford County.

Locally, Dover remains the hot spot in the county with 141 current virus cases, followed by Rochester at 102 and Somersworth with 53. Other local town numbers include Farmington at 39, Barrington with 35, Strafford with 24 and Milton with 14.

DHHS also announced four additional deaths related to COVID-19, including a Strafford County man. All were over 60.

There are currently 284 individuals hospitalized with COVID-19.
