ROCHESTER - A Somersworth woman was arrested in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart on Thursday.
Haylee Judd, 25, of Blackwater Road in Somersworth, was charged with willful concealment and released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending an August arraignment in the 7th Circuit Court of Rochester.
