With just a coating to an inch of snow on the ground this morning in the Greater Rochester area, it appears most of the precipitation that fell overnight was in the form of rain.
Thus far the Northern Seacoast has been spared any large power outages, however, there are 70 Barrington households in the dark today.
Winds out of the northeast remain light at 6 mph with gusts up to 14 mph, but they could increase throughout the day.
The storm is still expected to dump 6-10 inches of heavy, wet snow until it tapers off tonight.
According to Accuweather's hourly predictions, the rate of snow is expected to diminish through midmorning, before becoming an on an off affair through this evening.
Mostly clear skies are forecast by 9 p.m.
Highs today will be in the mid-30s.
