Seven arrested in Rochester area oxy, heroin ring

Seven residents from the Seacoast and Lawrence, Mass., were recently arrested and charged in connection with trafficking heroin and oxycodone in the Rochester area, according to a press release from the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Those arrested include:

Bruce Campbell, 60, of Portsmouth (formerly Rochester), charged with unlawful distribution of oxycodone.

Michael Bougie, 41, of Rochester, unlawful distribution of oxycodone.

Paul Bougie, 32, of Rochester, engaging in a conspiracy to distribute oxycodone and for unlawful distribution of oxycodone.

Fausto Delacruz, 35, of Lawrence, Mass., engaging in a conspiracy to distribute heroin and oxycodone and for unlawful distribution of heroin and oxycodone.

Giovanni Rosado, 32, of Lawrence, Mass., engaging in a conspiracy to distribute oxycodone.

Harold Marte, 34, of Lawrence, Mass., engaging in a conspiracy to distribute oxycodone.

Thomas Davis, 40, of Somersworth, unlawful distribution of heroin and oxycodone.

The probe was conducted by the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of New Hampshire; the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's Portsmouth Tactical Diversion Squad; the Rochester Police Department; and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service.

The U.S. Marshals Service; New Hampshire State Police; Lawrence, Mass., Police Department; and the Haverhill, Mass., Police Department aided in the arrests.

The U.S. Attorneys Office in Concord and other agencies involved were not immediately available for further information regarding the case.
