DOVER, N.H. - A second Dover teenager has been indicted in a June burglary of a Rochester residence on South Dewberry Lane.

Garrett Pehowic, 18, of 9 Lilac Dr., will stand trial in the June 26 burglary of several items from the home, including a .22 rifle and a gas can.

Pehowic, along with Courtney Hatch, 18, of 9 North Fuscia Drive, are both charged in the burglary. Hatch was arrested on Jan. 2, while Pehowic was initially arrested on Dec. 22.

Neither Hatch nor Pehowic are mentioned as confederates in either of their indictments handed down April 16.

Both face 7½ to 15 years in prison and a $4,000 fine.

Pehowic was originally charged with four counts of felony burglary and felony theft as he is alleged to have gone back to the house on several occasions, but indicted on only one Class A felony burglary count.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
