SANFORD, Maine - A Sanford man was arrested on Tuesday on incest and gross sexual assault charges.
Cody Poole, 27, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals with the assistance of Sanford Police.
A warrant for Poole's arrest was issued on Dec. 30.
Poole, a registered sex offender and on state probation for an aggravated assault conviction, was arrested Tuesday afternoon at a Sanford residence without incident.
