Sample ballot for Ward 4 Special Election now available

ROCHESTER - The Rochester City Clerk's Office announced on Wednesday that a sample ballot for the Feb. 21 Special Election in Ward 4 is available online and in City Hall.

The Special Election is between Strafford County District 8 House seat candidates Chuck Grassie and David Walker. Initially, Walker defeated Grassie by 1 vote in the Nov. 8 General Election. However, a recount on Nov. 16 determined the vote was tied 970-970.

The Special Election is open to Ward 4 voters. Polls will be open at McClelland Elementary School, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
