DOVER - A Rochester woman is facing a lengthy prison sentence on assault and endangering the welfare of a child charges.

Erin Warren, 32, of 17 Norway Plains Road, #51, has been indicted on three assault charges that all allegedly occurred on Christmas Eve of 2017.

Warren is also charged with three Class A misdemeanors that allege she endangered the welfare of a child. One of those endangerment charges is also alleged to have occurred on Christmas Eve of 2017.

According to court paperwork revealed in the Union Leader today, Warren knowingly caused injury to a 6-year-old child when she bound the child's legs and arms for prolonged periods of time, causing abrasions and/or scarring. It is also alleged Warren induced the child to ingest vomit.

Warren was indicted on the three felony charges last Thursday.

Her most recent misdemeanor offense of endangerment is alleged to have occurred on July 17. All the offenses are said to have occurred in Rochester.

Warren, who is currently free on personal recognizance bail, will be arraigned on the felony charges next month.

If no plea deal is reached a trial could come as soon as early next year.

It is not clear from court paperwork whether the child is hers or not.

Prosecutors and other safety officials were not immediately available for comment today.
