Rochester Voice extends subscription sale, adds cancer fund-raising benefit

ROCHESTER - The Rochester Voice has decided to continue its annual subscription sale through Sept. 25 to coincide with its benefit drive for the Relay for Life Rochester cancer fund-raising event at Tri-City Christian Academy in Somersworth.

As part of its commitment to fighting cancer, The Rochester Voice also donated ad space on its digital daily, which you can click on to get timely updates about the event.

From now through Sept. 25 The Voice is making available yearlong subscriptions for just $20, which is $50 off the regular $70 price. And for every subscription The Voice will donate $1 to Relay for Life Rochester.

"The Rochester Voice is here for Rochester," said Rochester Voice president Martha T. Soto Galicia. "We're hoping that our more than 2,500 subscribers will make sure they tell their friends about this special and the fund-raiser attached to it. For every $20 annual subscription we'll put a dollar into our pledge to Relay for Life." The $1 donation will also be made for those who are already subscribed but want to take advantage of the special for an extra year of The Voice.
