Rochester sex offender arrested on felony charge | Noe,sex offender

ROCHESTER - A Rochester man who is a registered sex offender was arrested on Saturday after he allegedly changed his address without notifying police.

Bryan Noe, 45, of 78 Hemingway Drive, was arrested for duty to report. As a registered sex offender, Noe is required to maintain his address with the police department.  It is alleged that Noe changed the address he was living at and did not notify the police department of his new address.

Knowingly failing to register as required is a Class B felony and carries with it up to seven years in prison. 

Noe was released on $5,000 personal recognizance and will be arraigned next month at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
