ROCHESTER - A city man was arrested on Monday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.
Dominic Archambault, 21 of Merlin Drive was charged with misdemeanor charge of willful concealment and released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending his arraignment next month.
