ROLLINSFORD - A 22-year-old Rochester man is has been arrested on domestic violence charges.
Harley D. Sexton of Farmington Road was charged with three counts of simple assault in connection with an incident that occurred Sunday inside a Third Street residence in Rollinsford.
Sexton is out on personal recognizance bail pending his next court appearan e in Dover Circuit Court.
