DOVER - The Strafford Sheriff's Office announced today it has arrested two individuals including a Rochester man for allegedly trafficking in drugs at Strafford County Jail.
The arrests were carried out on Monday by members of the Strafford County Sheriff's Office.
Charlene Doucette, 29, currently being held at the Strafford County Jail, was arrested on a warrant for delivery of articles to prisoners. She refused bail and remains incarcerated on other charges.
Dustin Demanche, 28, of 24 Lafayette St., Apt B, Rochester, was also arrested on a warrant for delivery of articles to prisoners. He was released on personal recognizance with an arraignment date of May 9 in Strafford Superior Court.
This investigation remains ongoing and more arrests are anticipated in this case.
