Police probe stabbing death of Nashua woman, 34

NASHUA - Nashua Police today are continuing to investigate the fatal stabbing of a city woman who died on Friday.

An autopsy on the body of Julie Graichen, 34, on Saturday revealed that she died of a single stab wound to the chest.

Medical examiner Dr. Jennie V. Duval also determined that Graichen's death was homicide, which means it was committed by another.

Nashua Police got involved in the case when they responded to Kinsley Street around 5:20 p.m. on Friday for a report of a deceased person.

Inside an apartment at the premises, police officers found Graichen's body.

The investigation into the circumstances surrounding Graichen's death are active and ongoing, safety officials said.
