ROCHESTER - A woman recently walked into a Rochester store, grabbed a plastic bag from the self-checkout line then walked around the store putting items in the bag before leaving without paying, police say.
Surveillance images show the woman walking out.
Tipsters who think they may know the identity of the woman are urged to call the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128 and reference case # 15-4094-OF.
