Police, FBI raid Dover apartment, arrest four on drug trafficking charges

DOVER - Police and FBI agent raided a suspected drug house on Folsom Street on Tuesday arresting four on drug trafficking charges.

Among those arrested at 10 Folsom St. #2 were Randall Louk, 55, for Common Nuisances, Jeanne Andrews, 43, no known address for Sale of a Controlled Drug, Christopher Degraffe, 26, for Sale of a Controlled Drug, Marcus Green, 52, for Sale of a Controlled Drug. The charges are all Class B felonies punishable by up to seven years in state prison.

Also arrested was Alexis Ross, 26, a transient, on a Capias warrant issued out of Strafford County Superior Court.

All five are being held at Strafford County Jail pending an arraignment today.

During the search of the property, investigators found additional drugs. More arrests are expected.
