SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. - Police in Vermont have arrested a 26-year-old man who New Hampshire authorities have confirmed is a "person of interest" in the double murders of a Concord couple killed along a walking trail in April.
Logan Clegg, who is homeless, was arrested on Wednesday after New Hampshire detectives spotted him on Williston Road in South Burlington, local police said on Thursday.
Clegg is a fugitive wanted in Utah, where an arrest warrant was issued last year for a case involving felony possession of stolen property, according to police.

"With assistance from the Vermont State Police, Clegg was located at the South Burlington Public Library, where he was taken into custody without incident," officials said.
Clegg was due to be arraigned this morning as a fugitive from justice.
In May New Hampshire safety officials released a sketch of a person of interest in the shooting deaths of Stephen and Djeswende Reid, who left their residence in the Alton Woods apartment complex around 2:20 p.m. on the afternoon of April 18, and went for a walk from which they never returned/
The Reids' bodies were found in the early evening hours of April 21 in a wooded area in close proximity to the Marsh Loop Trail.
