Obit: Helena Mullin ... retired as nurse

ROCHESTER - Helena Mullin, 96, of Rochester passed away on January 17, 2014, at the Hyder Hospice Home in Dover, NH.

The daughter of the late Adolph and Petronella (Belt) Kukler, Helena was born on November 24, 1917, in Leiden, Holland.

Helena worked as a Nurse for the McFadden Manor in Malden, Mass., for many years.

Helena loved to travel, and she especially enjoyed going on cruises.

Helena is predeceased two brothers, Peter Rogers and Edward Kukler; and two sisters, Sister Theodulphine Kukler and Sister Angelina Kukler.

She is survived by two sons, James Mullin and his wife Harriet of Evergreen, Colo., Thomas Mullin and wife Billie Jo of Rochester, N.H.; two daughters, Marie Serrano and her husband Frank of Lawrence, Mass., and Margaret (Pat) Martin and her husband Carroll of Rochester, N.H.; one brother, John Kukler and his wife Penny of Idaho; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
