Nashua man's cause of death was blunt trauma to head

CONCORD - A 35-year-old Nashua man found dead on Wednesday died from blunt force trauma to the head, according to the state's Medical Examiner's Office.

Jared Daly was found by Nashua Police during a welfare check at his residence at 5 Hanover St. Daly's body was found in his livingroom.

Chief Medical Examiner Jennie Duval conducted the autopsy on Thursday and determined the cause of death was "blunt impact injuries to his head" and the manner of death was homicide.

Anyone who has information regarding this matter, or who had any interaction with Daly on Sunday or Monday is asked to call the Nashua Police Department and speak with a detective in the Criminal Investigation Division at 603-594-3500.

Additional information will be released as it becomes available while protecting the integrity of the investigation.
