N.H. man will serve four years in Maine prison for brutal rape of Lebanon teenager

BIDDEFORD, Maine - A New Hampshire man was sentenced on Thursday to 10 years in prison for the brutal rape of a Lebanon teen. Bohdan Dauphinais, 21, of Center Tuftonboro, N.H., has been convicted of aggravated assault and unlawful sexual touching stemming from the attack on 17-year-old in 2021. Dauphinais was sentenced Dauphinais to 10 years with all but four years suspended and three years of probation on the charge of aggravated assault, and a consecutive fully suspended sentence of three hundred and sixty four days with a further year of probation for the charge of unlawful sexual touching.
